On Friday, March 22, 2013,  join us as we come together to change the "Tide" on cancer at the 5th annual "Tides of Change" Gala. Be a part of our communities' premiere event and enjoy great networking, an elegant sit down dinner, open bar, 16 professional casino games, prizes, dancing, a spectacular auction, diamond Raffle and much more! 

The American Cancer Society will continue to save lives and create more birthdays by helping people to stay well and get well, and fight back against a disease that has taken too many lives.

In 2012 in our Ocean County community 83 people were diagnosed with cancer and 33 passed away, EACH WEEK!

For nearly a century, the American Cancer Society has fought against this disease and this year we look forward to our 100th birthday celebration. Please come out and join us as we "Finish the Fight " to defeat cancer. By taking what we’ve learned through research and turning it into what we do, we have contributed to a 15 percent decrease in the overall cancer death rate between the early 1990's and 2005. That means that we helped avoid about 650,000 cancer deaths and created the potential for more birthday celebrations. Overall, 11 million cancer survivors in America will celebrate a birthday this year. Now that’s a reason to party, so join us!
