The 13^th Annual Taste for Life event will showcase renowned chefs and exceptional wines to benefit the American Cancer Society in their goal to create awareness and a world with less cancer and more birthdays.  Funds raised will be used for research, patient programs, advocacy and education.  

The event on July 29, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. will feature specially designed local dishes showcasing recipes prepared by some of the region’s leading chefs from the area’s top restaurants. A group of chefs will take part in the event by sharing their culinary creations featuring locally grown and organic ingredients with accompanying wines. Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy food stations where they can taste and learn more from experts about how to use and prepare healthy ingredients and cancer-fighting foods in their own recipes. The four hour event will also feature specialty vendors for guests to purchase unique items and/or food.

Finally, the 13^th Annual Taste for Life will also include music, as well as a live and silent auction to support the American Cancer Society.
